⏳ All pets wear collars/leashes differently. Our patterns are screen printed or heat transferred onto our collars. Normal wear and tear such as scratching, rubbing and friction can cause the design to wear. Wear and tear is natural and inevitably occurs as a result of normal everyday use.
Chewing, pulling, scratching and rough play with our collars/leashes are considered normal wear and tear, not a reflection of our craftsmanship. Normal wear and tear isn't covered under our warranty.
Also, the age and energy level of your pet can have an impact on the lifecycle of your new collar. We encourage you to check your pet's collar/leash frequently for signs of wear to determine when it's time for a replacement.

- Check with your neighbors to see if the package was left with them by accident.
- Check with family members. Someone else in the household may have received the package.
- Check the back door, side door and etc.
- Check the managers office, condo sales office, security desk, doorman and etc.
- Check if the package is being held at the US Post Office.
- Ask the delivery postal worker where he/she left the package.
- Take the tracking number to your local post office for assistance.
